ENERGISME: Minutes of the AGM of June 27, 2024
ENERGISME announced that the Ordinary General Meeting (AGM) was held on June 27, 2024 in Boulogne-Billancourt. The required quorum of 33.77% was reached, allowing the AGO to validly deliberate.
All the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors were adopted. The company expresses its gratitude to all shareholders present, represented or who voted by mail for their commitment and support.
The consolidated voting results and the minutes of the AGM will be available on the company's website within the legal deadlines.
