Energiekontor Sells Wind Park Project Rights to UKA Group

Energiekontor AG has signed an agreement to sell project rights for the Bergsoll-Frehne wind park to the UKA Group. This transaction involves two wind turbine sites located in Brandenburg, Germany. UKA, based in Meissen, acquired these rights to expand its project in the Prignitz district. This purchase enhances UKA's ongoing project, which will now include eleven wind turbines.

The agreement is advantageous for both parties, contributing to Germany's renewable energy expansion. Energiekontor CEO, Peter Szabo, highlighted the transaction's positive impact on their annual results. UKA's Henning George emphasized the expansion of their wind energy portfolio, with five turbines already under construction.
