Energiekontor AG Resolves Share Withdrawal

Energiekontor AG has announced a reduction in its share capital by 77,000 euros, bringing the new share capital to 13,882,359 euros. This decision follows a share buyback programme approved during the annual general meeting held on May 20, 2020.

The company acquired 77,000 no-par value shares through the stock exchange between May 30, 2023, and March 28, 2024. The redemption of these shares reduces the total share capital from 13,959,359 euros to 13,882,359 euros. The Supervisory Board has approved the necessary adjustments to the articles of incorporation.

Following the share withdrawal, Energiekontor's share capital now stands at 13,882,359 euros, divided into the same number of ordinary bearer shares. This move aligns with the company's ongoing strategic activities to manage its share capital efficiently.
