Energiekontor AG Gains Momentum with New Wind Projects
Energiekontor AG has secured contracts for four wind projects totaling about 125 MW in the May tender by the German Federal Network Agency. This development adds to the company's achievements in 2025, following the sale of wind farm projects in Scotland and Germany in June. Including the 192 MW from the February onshore wind tender, Energiekontor has amassed 317 MW in 2025, marking a record for the company.
Two more transactions are nearing completion, indicating potential positive updates soon. Despite plans to double the 2025 earnings before tax (EBT) to €70 to €90 million, from €36 million in 2024, the stock's valuation remains attractive with a 2026 consensus P/E of 9x. Analysts maintain a €105 target price and a Buy recommendation, highlighting a notable 128% upside.
