Half-Yearly Report S1 2025 of the ENCRES DUBUIT Liquidity Contract

ENCRES DUBUIT has published the half-yearly balance sheet of the liquidity contract entrusted to the Gilbert Dupont Stock Exchange Company as of June 30, 2025. The balance sheet shows that 1,688 shares and €2,597.07 remained available in the liquidity account. During the first half of 2025, the company purchased 8,554 shares for a total amount of €22,911.41, spread over 370 transactions, and sold 8,297 shares for €22,350.47 through 235 transactions.

For comparison, the balance sheet as of December 31, 2024, showed 1,431 shares and €3,158.10 in cash. At the initialization of the contract, 7,157 shares and €109,518.71 in cash had been allocated.
