Encouraging Annual Results for Implenia in 2023

Implenia AG has published its annual report for the 2023 financial year, showing robust results despite a difficult market. The company recorded EBIT of CHF 122.6 million, slightly adjusted to CHF 126.5 million to reflect currency effects, thereby meeting its targets. This performance contributed to a historic consolidated result of CHF 141.8 million.

The company's financial health also improved, with free cash flow of CHF 87.3 million, excluding the purchase of Wincasa, and an equity ratio increased to 19.8%, or 20.0 % after adjusting for exchange rate effects. The strength of these results is supported by a consistent order book and the positive contribution of all Implenia divisions.

In an effort to achieve sustainable growth, Implenia has maintained its commitment to sustainability, as highlighted in its 2023 report. For 2024, the company targets an EBIT of around CHF 130 million, in line with its medium-term financial objectives, and expects a dividend of CHF 0.60 per share, demonstrating its desire to share its successes with its shareholders.
