Encavis Asset Management AG Sells 48 MW Wind Farm Portfolio
Encavis Asset Management AG (Encavis AM), a subsidiary of the SDAX-listed Encavis AG, has announced the successful sale of a European wind farm portfolio with a total capacity of 48 megawatts (MW) on behalf of an institutional investor. The portfolio includes three wind farms, two located in France and one in Germany. The French farms have been sold to a French buyer, while the German farm has been acquired by a German company.
Karsten Mieth, CEO of Encavis AM, highlighted the importance of expertise in managing infrastructure portfolios and navigating complex international transactions to achieve success.
