Enapter AG Announces Start of Capital Increase with Shareholders' Subscription Rights

Enapter AG will begin its capital increase with subscription rights for existing shareholders on September 19, 2024. The subscription period will run until October 7, 2024. Shareholders can subscribe to new shares at a price of EUR 4.26 per share.

The company intends to issue up to 1,877,934 new shares, aiming to raise around EUR 8 million. The subscription ratio is set at 14:1, meaning one new share can be subscribed for every 14 old shares. These new shares are expected to be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the Hanseatic Stock Exchange in Hamburg on October 21, 2024, carrying dividend rights from January 1, 2024.

The raised funds will be used primarily for business capital, administrative costs, and other corporate purposes. Enapter has already secured binding subscription commitments from various investors, totaling EUR 7 million. The capital increase is supported by mwb fairtrade Wertpapierhandelsbank AG and First Berlin Securities Brokerage.
