EMOVA Group successfully completes its capital increase of nearly €6.6 million

EMOVA Group, active on Euronext Growth Paris, has completed a significant capital increase, raising nearly €6.6 million. This operation, carried out from July 31 to August 28, 2025, saw the issuance of 10,961,448 new shares at a unit price of €0.60. The new shares will be listed starting September 4, 2025.

The transaction benefited from strong demand, capturing 82.21% of the initial offering. Saloua Maslaga, Chairwoman of the Management Board, thanked shareholders for their trust, highlighting the group's strengthened balance sheet and its growth prospects.

The main contributions come from the reference shareholders, and EMOVA's share capital now consists of 20,483,584 shares. The new shares will be aligned with the existing ones, enjoying a unified listing.
