EMEIS: Update of voting rights and share capital

On January 20, 2025, EMEIS published a corrective statement regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of December 31, 2024. The number of shares outstanding amounts to 161,091,884. Gross voting rights total 161,092,144, while exercisable voting rights are 160,958,467.

Gross voting rights include those attached to shares deprived of this right, such as treasury shares. In accordance with Article 11 of the EMEIS Articles of Association, any person reaching or crossing the thresholds of 1% of the capital or voting rights must declare this within 5 trading days.
