Laurent Guillot, Chief Executive Officer of EMEIS, noted that since early 2024, the Group has closed multiple agreements in Poland, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Ireland. This latest deal in Portugal underscores their commitment to reducing the real estate portfolio to 20-25% in the medium term.
Such disposals enable EMEIS to meet commitments to major banking partners and showcase adherence to a disciplined capital allocation strategy.
