ElringKlinger Reports Solid Q3 2025 Results Amid Market Challenges
ElringKlinger AG has announced its third-quarter financial results for 2025, reporting a revenue of EUR 395.5 million. Despite market challenges, the company achieved a 2.2% organic revenue growth year-to-date. However, revenue fell compared to EUR 440.8 million in Q3 2024 due to divestments and currency effects.
The adjusted EBIT margin rose slightly to 5.4% from 5.2% in the previous year, with adjusted EBIT at EUR 21.2 million. Operating free cash flow turned positive at EUR 18 million compared to a negative flow in Q3 2024. Investments in property and equipment surged to EUR 27.8 million, supporting growth in the E-Mobility unit.
The Aftermarket and Engineered Plastics segments posted strong performances, driving overall growth. CEO Thomas Jessulat emphasized the ongoing SHAPE30 transformation strategy's role in navigating the volatile market. The company remains committed to its 2025 outlook, expecting stable organic revenue and a 5% EBIT margin.
