Eleving Group Approves 2024 Financials and Dividends
On June 2, 2025, the Annual General Meeting of Eleving Group S.A. took place. The meeting approved the company's stand-alone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. Following a thorough review, a total dividend of EUR 14,785,914 was ratified, translating to EUR 0.12700573 per share, with payments slated for June 10, 2025.
