Eleving Group Announces Investor Call for Bond Offering

Eleving Group S.A. has scheduled an investor call for October 8, 2025, at 14:00 CET. This session will center on the company's recent bond offering initiatives. CEO Modestas Sudnius and CFO Māris Kreics will lead the discussion. They will provide an overview of the bond exchange and public offering, as well as insights into the group's recent business performance.

Between September 29 and October 15, current bondholders can exchange their bonds.
