Electricité de Strasbourg announces its Ordinary General Meeting of May 14, 2025
Electricité de Strasbourg has convened its shareholders for an Ordinary General Meeting on May 14, 2025, at its head office. The agenda includes the approval of the financial statements for the 2024 fiscal year, which closed with a profit of €30.4 million, and the distribution of a dividend of €11 per share. A total of €78.9 million will be redistributed, including the year's profit and the optional reserve.
The resolutions include the appointment of KPMG to certify sustainability information, in accordance with the CSRD, and the approval of executive compensation for 2024. Shareholders may vote by mail or proxy, but electronic voting is not planned. Requests for resolutions must be submitted by April 19, 2025.
