ELARIS AG Celebrates Successful Stock Market Debut at Munich's m:access

ELARIS AG, a forward-thinking e-mobility company, commenced trading on the Munich Stock Exchange's Open Market today, marking a significant milestone in its corporate journey. The company's shares, totaling 12.1 million, were introduced to the m:access trading segment with an initial price of EUR 40.60, establishing a market capitalization of EUR 0.49 billion. This trading price quickly appreciated to EUR 41.60 within an hour. Additionally, a public offering of 10,000 shares will conclude by 08:00 pm (CET) today from the existing shareholder, Elaris Holding GmbH. Plans for a future listing on XETRA are being explored.

With a current portfolio of six electric vehicle models, ranging from microcars to SUVs, sedans, and vans, ELARIS predominantly serves the German-speaking market under the ELARIS brand. The company prides itself on offering affordable, needs-based electric mobility options by collaborating closely with prominent electric vehicle manufacturers in China. These partnerships allow for the production of vehicles tailored to European standards, with ELARIS further customizing the software aspects. The company also ventures into charging infrastructure solutions, providing an array of charging stations and wall boxes.
