EIFFAGE: Monthly update of voting rights and shares

EIFFAGE, a company listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris, has reported its share and voting rights data as of March 31, 2025. The share capital consists of 98,000,000 shares and 119,318,688 theoretical voting rights. Shares may benefit from double voting rights if they have been registered in registered form for two years.

Article 9 of EIFFAGE's articles of association imposes a reporting requirement for threshold crossings. Any person holding at least 1% of the capital or voting rights must notify the company within fifteen days. This measure also applies to shareholding reductions.
