Edison Releases Report on Partners Group Private Equity

London, UK, 11 September 2024 - Edison Investment Research Limited has published a new report on Partners Group Private Equity (LSE: PEY). In the first half of 2024, Partners Group Private Equity reported robust realisation proceeds amounting to €103.7 million, which is approximately 11% of the opening NAV.

The company achieved €70.2 million from the successful sale of SRS Distribution to Home Depot, marking a more than 30% uplift from the previous carrying value. This transaction contributed to the firm's 4.1% NAV total return in H1 2024, with a gross multiple on invested capital (MOIC) exceeding 5x since its investment in 2018.

Partners Group Private Equity's portfolio holds several exit candidates, with 29% of its current investments valued at a total value to paid-in capital multiple of over 2.0x.
