EDF: Appointment to the EDF Board of Directors
EDF's Annual Combined General Meeting of June 11, 2024 appointed Mr. Bruno Even as director, replacing Ms. Colette Lewiner. The appointment was proposed by the Board of Directors meeting on June 10, 2024. Mr. Bruno Even will serve for a period of three years, until the Ordinary General Meeting of 2027.
EDF's Board of Directors is made up of 41.7% independent directors and has a parity of 50%. The Chairman and CEO and the members of the Board praised the commitment of Ms. Colette Lewiner for her contributions to the company.
