Edenred Proposes Board Renewals and Appointments
Edenred announces proposed changes to its Board of Directors at the upcoming General Meeting on May 7, 2025. The Board recommends renewing directors Nathalie Balla, Sylvia Coutinho, Monica Mondardini, and Philippe Vallée for another four-year term. Additionally, Thierry Delaporte and Kristell Rivaille are proposed for a three-year appointment.
The selection process, assisted by an external firm, focused on experience and expertise, ensuring a balanced composition in terms of gender and international experience. If approved, the Board will comprise 13 members, with a significant percentage of independent directors and gender diversity.
These changes are intended to strengthen the Board’s capabilities in digital, financial, and strategic domains, reflecting Edenred's commitment to enhance its global market presence and operational efficiency.
