Change in Edenred's Board of Directors

Thierry Delaporte has resigned from his role as director on the Edenred Board following his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Sodexo. His resignation is effective immediately. The Board expressed gratitude for his contributions and congratulated him on his new role.

The current composition of the Board includes 12 members, with half being women and 80% classified as independent directors. The Board may opt to co-opt a new director shortly, whose appointment would need ratification at the General Meeting on May 7, 2026, for the remainder of Delaporte's term, ending in 2028.
