Edenred broadens its horizons in eMobility with the acquisition of Spirii

Edenred, a leading player in digital services and payments, is consolidating its position in the field of B2B mobility by acquiring Spirii, a rapidly expanding European SaaS platform specializing in charging solutions for electric vehicles ( VE). This operation allows Edenred to enrich its offering for fleet managers with a complete charging solution for electric vehicles. This confirms Edenred's ambition to become the preferred partner of fleet managers, facilitating the management of fleets made up of combustion engine, hybrid or electric vehicles.

Spirii, founded in 2019 and based in Denmark, is present in 18 countries and offers agile end-user oriented solutions, covering the entire EV charging value chain. With a network of more than 250 platform partners and thanks to its proprietary software technology, Spirii enjoys an impressive +150% annual growth in the number of users of its mobile application in 2023. The company, which has approximately 100 employees, forecasts a turnover of 25 to 30 million euros in 2024.

Edenred's acquisition of Spirii strengthens Edenred's value proposition for managing mixed and electric fleets, by establishing a dedicated and comprehensive EV charging offering.
