Ecotel Communication AG Announces Leadership Changes in Management Board

Ecotel Communication AG, a prominent provider of telecommunications solutions, revealed today the completion of its leadership revamp with significant appointments to its Management Board. André Borusiak is set to become the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) starting July 1, 2024, while Christian van den Boom will step into the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective September 1, 2024.

Borusiak, with an extensive 25-year history in the telecommunications sector, previously holding roles at Siemens and Vodafone, replaces Achim Theis. Theis, a two-decade veteran of the company, will transition to a consultancy role. As the new CCO, Borusiak's expertise in sales, marketing, and partner management is expected to drive innovation and customer-focused strategies at Ecotel.

Van den Boom brings 20 years of experience in financial management, with a significant portion within the telecom industry, specifically as CFO of the Deutsche Glasfaser Group.
