Éconocom is carrying out a share buyback

Éconocom Group SE conducted share buyback transactions between March 10 and 16, 2025, following authorization from the General Meeting of Shareholders dated November 30, 2021. On March 11, 2025, the company purchased 1,120,900 shares at an average price of €1.793 per share. Transaction prices ranged from €1.784 to €1.798. As of March 17, 2025, Éconocom held 1,906,179 shares, which corresponds to 1.14% of the 167,047,004 shares issued by the company.
