Repurchase of own shares by Econocom Group

As part of its share buyback program, Econocom Group SE has completed a new transaction. Between September 15 and 21, 2025, the company acquired 10,802 shares on the stock market at a unit price of €1.708. These transactions have been authorized by the General Meeting of Shareholders since November 2021.

As of September 22, 2025, the company now holds 4,287,102 shares, representing 2.57% of its total issued capital. This buyback program reflects a long-term capital management strategy, aimed at optimizing the company's financial structure.
