Econocom Group announces a buyback of its own shares

Econocom Group SE carried out, on April 19, 2024, repurchases of its own shares in accordance with the program authorized by the General Meeting of Shareholders of November 30, 2021. On that day, the company purchased 7,380 of its own shares in stock exchange at an average price of 2,276 euros, the minimum price being 2,265 euros and the maximum price being 2,300 euros.

As of April 22, 2024, Econocom now holds 6,452,226 shares out of a total of 179,045,899 securities issued, which represents 3.60% of the company's shares. This is a continuation of the company's efforts to regulate the market for its shares.
