Eckert & Ziegler Increases Sales and Earnings, Raises Profit Forecast for 2024

Eckert & Ziegler SE has reported significant growth in its financial performance for the second quarter and first half of 2024. Sales in the second quarter reached EUR 77.8 million, up from EUR 60.1 million in the previous year. EBIT before special items grew to EUR 17.5 million, compared to EUR 12.0 million last year. Net income also saw a rise, reaching EUR 9.5 million, up from EUR 6.2 million.

For the first half of 2024, the company achieved sales of EUR 145.4 million, a marked increase from EUR 118.0 million in the previous year. EBIT before special items amounted to EUR 32.5 million, up from EUR 22.6 million. Net income for this period was EUR 18.0 million, compared to EUR 10.9 million in the prior year.

The Executive Board has raised its profit forecast for 2024. The forecast for EBIT before special items is now approximately EUR 55 million. The sales forecast remains unchanged at just under EUR 265 million. The company will publish its full figures for the first half of 2024 on August 9, 2024.
