ECC Ventures 4 Ends Agreement with Cambria Gold Mines
ECC Ventures 4 Corp. (TSXV:ECCF.P) has announced the termination of its agreement with Cambria Gold Mines Inc. The agreement, dated July 6, 2026, proposed the acquisition of rights to the Mt. Margaret copper and gold deposit. This move was meant to be ECC4's Qualifying Transaction as per TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) definitions.
Following this termination, ECC4 plans to apply for the reinstatement of trading of its common shares. Trading is expected to resume within a week. The company remains committed to exploring other strategic opportunities for enhancing shareholder value through potential Qualified Transactions.
