EasyJet Announces Details for Upcoming Annual General Meeting

easyJet plc has announced the details of its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for February 13, 2025, at Hangar 89, London Luton Airport. Shareholders can attend in person or virtually to participate and vote. The AGM Notice and Form of Proxy are now available online and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for inspection.

A notable change in the board includes the appointment of Jan De Raeymaeker as Chief Financial Officer starting January 20, 2025, succeeding Kenton Jarvis, the new Chief Executive. Julie Chakraverty joins as a Non-Executive Director.
