EasyJet Appoints Jan De Raeymaeker as Chief Financial Officer

easyJet plc has announced the appointment of Jan De Raeymaeker as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective from January 20, 2025. He will replace Kenton Jarvis, who is set to become the Chief Executive on January 1, 2025. Jan De Raeymaeker is currently the CFO at Lineas, a major rail freight operator in Europe. His previous experience includes roles at Brussels Airlines and consulting positions at Arthur D. Little and De Valck Consultants.

Stephen Hester, Chair of easyJet, expressed confidence in Jan’s experience in the airline and transport sectors. Kenton Jarvis, future CEO, highlighted Jan’s financial expertise as a key asset for easyJet's growth and strategic goals. Jan De Raeymaeker will receive an annual salary of £550,000, aligned with easyJet's remuneration policy.
