Earthwise Minerals Secures Option for Iron Range Gold Project

Earthwise Minerals Corp. and Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. have finalized an option agreement granting Earthwise the right to acquire up to an 80% stake in the Iron Range Gold Project, located in British Columbia. The Iron Range, known for its gold potential, has shown significant historical drilling results, including grades of 51.52g/t gold over 7m.

The agreement outlines Earthwise's commitment to a phased exploration, with initial work requiring a CA$250,000 cash payment and the issuance of 1.5 million shares to Eagle Plains. Earthwise will also invest CA$4 million into exploration over four years. Successful completion of a feasibility study could lead to an 80% interest in the project.

Eagle Plains will act as the project operator. The Iron Range is equipped with robust infrastructure and is fully permitted, offering promising exploration opportunities based on past results and geological potential. This partnership marks a strategic step for Earthwise toward advancing its exploration footprint in Canada.
