EAMD European AeroMarine Drones AG Announces Capital Increase

EAMD European AeroMarine Drones AG has announced a decision to increase its share capital. With the Supervisory Board's approval, the share capital will rise by up to EUR 108,882 from EUR 1,088,826. This increase will occur through the issuance of up to 108,882 new no-par value bearer shares. Each share holds a notional value of EUR 1.00 and will be available for subscription at EUR 8.00 per share. Importantly, shareholders' subscription rights are excluded from this process.

The expected proceeds, amounting to a maximum of EUR 0.87 million, will be directed towards investments in drone projects focused on defense technology. Upon registration of the capital increase, the new shares will be integrated into the current listing on the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange's open market, with trading resuming shortly thereafter.
