Eagle Royalties Shareholders Approve Key Actions at AGM

Eagle Royalties Ltd., listed on the CSE, announced that shareholders approved all propositions at their Annual and Special Meeting on December 16, 2024, in Cranbrook, BC. Key decisions included the election of directors Charles Downie, Timothy Termuende, Jesse Campbell, Paul Reynolds, and Stephen Kenwood for the upcoming year. Crowe MacKay LLP was appointed as the auditor for the next fiscal period.

Shareholders also approved the renewal of the Company's Stock Option Plan. Additionally, a motion was carried to set the number of directors at five. Eagle Royalties, once part of Eagle Plains Resources Ltd., manages a diverse portfolio of 38 royalty interests across Canada, including the AurMac Project, in partnership with Banyan Gold Corp.
