Trident Resources Assumes Saskatchewan Royalty Projects

Eagle Royalties Ltd. has announced the transfer of several of its royalty interests to Trident Resources Corp. These interests are tied to the Contact Lake, Greywacke Lake, and Knife Lake projects, located in the La Ronge Gold Belt. The transfer follows a merger involving Trident in April 2025. Eagle Royalties maintains interests in other projects within the region.

The Contact Lake Gold Project, a key asset for Trident, hosts four deposits but Eagle Royalties' royalties do not cover these. The Greywacke Lake Gold Project is fully owned by Trident, encompassing a significant area of mineralization. The Knife Lake Project includes advanced-stage exploration for multiple metals, with Eagle Royalties holding some royalty rights.

Eagle Royalties' holdings extend to Schott's Lake, Brownell Lake, and Albert Lake projects, focusing on various precious and base metals. The company underscores that publicly available information guides its understanding of these assets, with no guarantee of independent verification.
