E-therapeutics Completes £28.90 Million Fundraise

e-therapeutics plc has announced the successful completion of a £28.90 million fundraise. The capital was raised through a subscription by M&G Investment Management Limited and Richard Griffiths, both existing shareholders. The completion of the fundraise followed clearance under the National Security and Investment Act 2021.

The proceeds will fund the advancement of multiple GalOmic™ pipeline assets towards clinical trials. Additionally, e-therapeutics plans to populate its early pipeline and enhance its AI systems on the HepNet™ platform. The company is also considering a future listing on NASDAQ.

Following the share allotment, e-therapeutics has 777,002,154 ordinary shares issued, each with voting rights.
