E-therapeutics Announces AGM Results and New Board Appointment

e-therapeutics plc has announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held on 16th July 2024. All resolutions proposed were unanimously approved by the shareholders. The resolutions included standard financial and strategic decisions crucial for the company's direction.

Additionally, the company has appointed Jeremy Punnett to its Board of Directors. Punnett is a fund manager at M&G Investment Management Limited, specializing in pre-IPO and growth equity investments. He has extensive experience in corporate governance and transaction management, having been involved in numerous private and public investment initiatives since joining M&G in 2019. Jeremy led the latest investment by M&G in e-therapeutics, showing his strong connection with the company.

Prior to his tenure at M&G, Punnett worked as a strategy consultant and in various strategic roles within the shipping industry. He holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MSc in Economic History and an MBA.
