Correction to 2025 revenue figures for E-PANGO

E-PANGO, an energy specialist for businesses and local authorities, has announced a revised revenue forecast for 2025, now projected at €482,000. This announcement follows the suspension of its electricity sales activity. The change stems from the ministerial decree of March 18, 2022, which transferred E-PANGO's customer portfolio to backup suppliers. This decision followed the controversial termination by RTE (the French electricity transmission network operator) of its status as a balancing responsible party.

The Paris Commercial Court subsequently ruled this termination unfounded in April 2023. The reported revenue therefore does not include electricity sales. E-PANGO plans to address the progress of the ongoing legal proceedings when it publishes its 2025 financial statements.
