DynaResource, Inc. Announces Executive Leadership Change
DynaResource, Inc. (OTCQX:DYNR) has appointed Mr. Rohan Hazelton as President, CEO, Interim CFO, and Director, effective immediately. Mr. K.D. Diepholz will step down from his roles as President and CEO but will remain as Chairman.
Mr. Hazelton brings extensive experience in the mining sector, having held leadership roles at companies like NorZinc Ltd, Cerrado Gold, and Ascendant Resources. He succeeds Mr. Diepholz, who is recognized for his contributions to the San Jose de Gracia project.
Brent Omland, Director of the Company, praised Mr. Diepholz's service and expressed confidence in Mr. Hazelton’s ability to advance DynaResource's operations. Mr. Hazelton has over 20 years of experience and a proven track record in expanding mining operations.
The company also accepted the resignation of Ing. Rene Mladosich from its Board. Mr. Hazelton has been granted equity incentives subject to regulatory approvals.
