Dürr AG Surpasses 2025 Earnings Forecast
Dürr AG reported earnings after tax of approximately €200 million for fiscal 2025, exceeding the initially forecasted range of €120 to €170 million. The results, based on preliminary and unaudited figures, highlight a strong operational performance coupled with unexpected gains from selling its environmental technology business in October 2025.
The EBIT margin reached 5.6%, surpassing the targeted range of 4.5% to 5.5%. While order intake stood at €3,895 million, aligning within the expected parameters, sales figures approached the lower limit of the projected range at €4,170 million.
The company's free cash flow outlook for 2025 has been refined to the upper echelon of its previously increased projection of €100 to €200 million. Net financial debt by December 31, 2025, has also been adjusted to the lower end of the estimated range of €-75 to €-175 million.
Dürr plans to release full preliminary results on March 5, 2026, with audited figures to follow on March 26.
