Dura Software Announces New CEO for Recently Acquired Publicações Online

Dura Software, a specialized acquirer of hyper-niche software companies, has announced the appointment of Joel Rosenbaum as the new CEO of Publicações Online (POL). The company, recently acquired by Dura, specializes in electronic distribution software for law offices and corporate legal departments.

Joel Rosenbaum brings extensive experience from the legal, governmental, financial services, and digital strategy sectors. His previous roles include Global Head of Digital Strategy at Banco Santander and legal positions at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP. He will also serve on Dura's senior management committee and lead the company's expansion in Brazil and Latin America.
