DRONE VOLT: Retransmission of the videoconference on the capital increase
Villepinte, July 18, 2024 – DRONE VOLT, specialist in professional civil drones, announces the availability of the retransmission of the videoconference of July 17, 2024. This session was organized as part of their capital increase with maintenance of preferential subscription rights (DPS) in the amount of approximately 2.3 million euros, which could reach 2.6 million euros.
The company recalls the risks inherent in this transaction, in particular the possibility of fluctuations in the market price of the shares, the volatility and liquidity of the shares, the sale of shares on the market, and potential dilution for the shareholders in the event of future capital increases.
