DRONE VOLT Increases its Equity Capital by 6.4 Million Euros

DRONE VOLT announced a strengthening of its equity capital through the exercise of 12,048,193 share subscription warrants (BSA) by Armistice Capital, generating proceeds of €6.4 million. These warrants, issued in April 2025, increased the share capital, allowing the company to issue an equivalent number of new shares.

In parallel, 18,072,290 new warrants were issued, offering an additional potential of €14.5 million if fully exercised. The subscription price for each warrant was set at €0.80, with a five-year maturity.

This transaction will allow DRONE VOLT to accelerate its activities in the US market, finance its working capital needs, and explore acquisition opportunities. Marc Courcelle, CEO, emphasizes the confidence of American investors in DRONE VOLT and their support for the company's growth.
