DRONE VOLT announces a videoconference for its capital increase

Villepinte, July 17, 2024 - DRONE VOLT, manufacturer of civil drones for professional uses, is today organizing a videoconference intended for all investors, whether they are shareholders or not. This initiative comes as part of its capital increase with maintenance of preferential subscription rights, for an amount of 2.3 million euros, which could reach 2.6 million euros.

During this conference, Sylvain Navarro, Administrative and Financial Director of DRONE VOLT, will present the company's strategy and the reasons for this operation. He will also answer questions from participants.
