Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA Reports Strong Demand and Earnings Growth in 2025
Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA experienced robust demand and increased net sales in the first nine months of 2025. The order intake rose significantly by EUR 174 million compared to the previous year, reaching EUR 2,594 million. Net sales saw a noticeable increase of EUR 48 million to EUR 2,344 million.
The company's Medical and Safety divisions both contributed to this growth. The Medical division's order intake increased by 11.6%, driven by high demand for ventilators and anesthesia machines. Meanwhile, the Safety division saw a 5.7% rise, with gas detection and respiratory products leading the way.
Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) stood at EUR 77.1 million, slightly below the previous year's figure due to one-off gains in 2024. Despite challenges such as exchange rates and tariffs, Dräger expects annual net sales and EBIT margin to be in the upper range of its forecast.
