Dr. Michael Mertin Appointed CEO of AT&S AG

AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG has announced the appointment of Dr. Michael Mertin as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The decision was made by the Supervisory Board and will take effect on May 1, 2025, for a term of three years. This move comes as AT&S continues to expand its global footprint in high-quality IC substrates and printed circuit boards.

With a significant presence in Austria, India, China, and a new facility in Malaysia, AT&S is advancing its production capabilities. The company is also constructing a European competence center in Leoben. Production in these sites is set to commence in the financial year 2024/25. AT&S employs 13,000 people worldwide.
