DON'T NOD: Status of voting rights and shares as of September 30, 2025
On October 8, 2025, DON'T NOD published the figures relating to the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. In accordance with current regulations, as of September 30, 2025, the company's share capital consisted of 13,081,759 shares.
The associated theoretical voting rights amount to 16,327,153. However, the exercisable voting rights, i.e. after deduction of the shares deprived of rights, are 16,176,333.
This information is in line with legal requirements, in particular Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. DON'T NOD, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, thus wishes to maintain transparency towards its shareholders and the market.
