Dolkam Suja a.s. Announces Upcoming Ordinary General Meeting

Dolkam Suja a.s., headquartered in Rajec, Slovakia, has officially convened an Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) to be held on June 19, 2024. The meeting will take place at Schönherr Rechtsanwälte GmbH in Bratislava, Slovakia. The agenda includes the approval of the 2023 financial statements, discussions on the annual report, and proposals for profit distribution and dividend payment for the year 2023.
