DKSH Technology Acquires Eppendorf's Operations in Thailand

DKSH has signed an agreement to acquire Eppendorf's direct presence in Thailand, enhancing its role as a major scientific solutions provider in Asia. This acquisition allows DKSH to distribute Eppendorf's leading laboratory products in Thailand, known for liquid handling, centrifuges, and general lab equipment.

The agreement includes the integration of Eppendorf Thailand's workforce into DKSH and exclusive distribution rights for Eppendorf's products. DKSH aims to strengthen its market expansion services in scientific solutions across Asia.

Hanno Elbraechter of DKSH expressed optimism, noting the complementary nature of Eppendorf's portfolio with DKSH's offerings, especially in high-growth sectors like biotech and pharmaceuticals. Eppendorf's Wilson Wang added confidence in DKSH's ability to expand operations.
