DKSH Management Ltd. has announced the acquisition of APN Plastics, a specialty polymers distributor in Australia and Malaysia. This strategic move enhances DKSH Performance Materials' market presence in these regions, leveraging a diverse client base.

APN Plastics, founded in Melbourne in 2005, expanded to Malaysia in 2015, serving around 270 customers across multiple markets, including medical and transportation. The company reports annual net sales exceeding CHF 25 million. The full integration of APN Plastics will occur within DKSH's operations.

The acquisition aligns with DKSH's goals of expanding capabilities and market presence, particularly in the Asia Pacific. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, subject to standard conditions.
