DKSH Acquires CLMO to Strengthen Technology Solutions in Asia

DKSH Management Ltd. has finalized the acquisition of CLMO Technology SDN BHD, a provider of technology solutions with operations in Malaysia and Vietnam. This acquisition enhances DKSH's Semiconductor & Electronics and Scientific Solutions business lines.

Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, CLMO delivers services in calibration and testing for multiple industries including semiconductor, automotive, and oil & gas. The company generates nearly CHF 10 million in annual sales and employs around 50 people. With this acquisition, DKSH integrates CLMO's management into its Business Unit Technology.

Hanno Elbraechter, Head of DKSH’s Business Unit Technology, expressed confidence in the acquisition, citing it as a step to solidify DKSH’s position as a leading technology solutions provider in Asia Pacific. The acquisition supports DKSH’s strategic growth in key southeast Asian markets.
